HEALTHY LIVING


Living a healthy lifestyle is one thing most people lack because of laziness, ignorance or poverty, but no matter the condition we ain't supposed to ignore a healthy lifestyle cause it's one of the essentials for a longer life span. Since i'll be giving you medical advice in the nearest future, i thought why not start from now.
         So, i started watching this show about medical diagnoses, causes and how to prevent it, i learnt a lot and i thought to share some of those things. You know we all have the habits of been our own pharmacist and doctor, when you have a headache you are so sure on what to take even if the headache or pain happens to be there few days after, you decide not to see a doctor. I'm not saying when you have a slight headache you can't take painkillers, of cause you can but not when the pain is there few days later. Little things shouldn't be ignored cause you think it ain't important, when it involves your health everything is important. i remember a doctor saying to me when i told him i couldn't make it for an appointment the next morning cause of my class, he said "if you don't get medical attention, you would not be able to go to more than just a class when your illness escalates". Many of us gamble with our health cause you feel you too busy with studies, sometimes we cause great danger to our health cause of a little delay. When you notice a problem for a couple a days don't just ignore it, go see a doctor, even if it doesn't seem to be there for a little while still go see a doctor, because you look healthy on the outside doesn't mean for sure you are on the inside. Please don't be your own doctor/pharmacist, we've got them for a reason. Our health is very important, delay is dangerous
         Another important thing is cleanliness, we ought to keep our environment clean, our body clean, take care of our skin, when we don't, those are some of the things that make us fall ill. Also eating healthy food, things that are good for the body, that wouldn't harm the body. Sometimes i wonder to myself why do we smoke or take harmful substances(drugs), when we know the consequences,drinking alcohol a little won't hurt but you drink it in place of water, knowing well the medical consequences, some of us take sugar like it won't be there the next day, you know when we have medical problem and some people die at young age, we blame others to be the cause, when we where the architects of our own destruction. Why not prevent all these dangers and try to live healthy do the right thing. To we all who are trying to get fit, fitness ain't starving neither is it been skinny, fitness is eating right, exercising , let your your basal metabolic rate be right, everything should be equal. Endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle, don't wait till it's too late. DELAY IS DANGEROUS
